Associate Prof. at IQS, Ramon Llull University, Barcelona, where she teaches on business ethics and social innovation and entrepreneurship. Paola is PI in the social innovation project “Training scheme for sustainable monies and community” funded by LU Sustainability (Sweden). Paola was Executive Member of the Committee on Cooperative Research from the International Cooperative Alliance (2018-2023) and is now coordinator of the group on Cooperatives and Social Entrepreneurship from the Young Scholars Initiative of the Institute for New Economic Thinking. Paola’s work on social entrepreneurship has been published in top journals and she has conducted researched social economy organisations in Latin America and United Kingdom. Paola coordinates fieldwork in Spain, as well as qualitative analysis. Ramon Llull University will co-fund 20% of her time.
